Is the cricket team no more at Clifton Lane if this is the case?

I also heard from 5 people that the pitch is to be rotated in the close season.  A couple of them said that it would be changed if we were Promoted.
As usual we should wait until its officially confirmed by the Club.  If this work is carried out,  then I'm  sure that we will have a much larger playing area.

I've took my place in the Shed for many, many years, I never liked to watch a game from behind the Posts,  I'll just have to " Flit " and find a new spot.

The Club will have to built a New Stand ( Shed ) obviously on the opposite side of the Pitch  to the Clubhouse or behind the posts at the opposite end of the pich to the current Shed. One of the criteria in the Championship is to have a minimum of 500 seats, I don't know how many we have now, but it's no where near 500.

Absolutely fantastic victory and mighty relieved that we managed to find a way to come away with the victory. I do think that it could have been a much easier victory if the team had opted for kicking for goals rather than the corner and looking for tries early on. Having missed out scoring and Plymouth using the tactic, compounded by an unfortunate charge down and score, we were very much on the back foot and chasing the victory. Great credit to all involved.
Let’s hope in the final 3 games we can come away with 3 more wins.

I have heard from a couple of sources that there are plans to rotate the pitch through 90 degrees for next season. Anybody know anything about this, is it a requirement for acceptance in the Championship, should we get promoted?

To suggest that the Plymouth forwards dominated in the 1st half, defies belief. As I recall we were awarded several scrum penalties, a couple in the first 10 mins or so & only got pinged once by the ref for an early engagement. The pack, especially the front row, bossed Plymouth in the scrum. Lloyd showed great composure to slot the DG at the death, especially when you consider, by his own standards, he hadn't had the best of games, shows the character of the man.To not play at your best & still come away with a victory, is the sign of a great team. Well done Titans, enjoy the break, & come back re-vitalised for the run-in.

Wonder where the players that haven't featured so far are plying their trade? I have seen Harry Chubb mentioned for Rossendale and Lukas Sableman-Blue (who obviously has played for Titans) is at the same team.

What a result and what a game. Took me back to the Jonny Wilkinson kick. I don't think I breathed from when Lloyd dropped into the pocket until the final whistle.

Our pack was totally dominant throughout. The defence was outstanding - especially those last few minutes. Keeping a top side out, when giving a penalty would have lost it for us, was a monumental feat of effort and discipline.

Isaac was outrageously good again; crucial conversion he stepped up for and the run at the end to get us in DG range. Jackson was crucial on a number of occasions. And what a shift Ali Donkor put in. Xavier made some impact from the bench playing out of position. But overall it was a proper team effort. Well done all.

To put it in perspective,   believe Plymouth scored an average of 5.76 tries per game against all the other teams they have played this season; against Roth, they averaged 1 per game.

Whatever perspective the Plymouth reporter had on the game, was his biased  opinion,  the Match report on our Clubs site is much fairer to both sides.

          Rotherham     3 Try's

          Plymouth       1  Try

That says it all for me
