It's not me being biased with me being his sponsor but jack baldry is getting better and better and will only continue to get even better going to cause harvey some selection headaches in the future. Every player has been great this year but my player of the year is still isaac shaw but the gap is closing

We had a fantastic First-Half to the Season,  then we went into a 4 wk break.  During this Break ( Christmas, New Year and Postponed Game ) the Training sessions were cut back considerably.  I'm sure quite a lot of us were concerned as to how we would come back for the 1st game of the New Year.
Well, the Lads answered that with a Great away Win at Bishops Stortford, followed by a Try Fest at Home to Leicester Lions,  then the Icing was put on the cake with that Fantastic Away Win at Rosslyn Park.  In those 3 games we scored  144 pts including  20 Try's,  and picked up all 3 Bonus points.

So far this season we have scored  95 trys in 17 games ( Ave 5.6 ).   Backs  69 T,   Forwards  24 T,    Pen Try's  2

Jackson Barling as scored  19 try's in 17 games,  Outstanding.   He's scored 5 in the Last 3 games,  and I'm sure there's plenty more to come, starting on Saturday.

Everyone is phenomenal but I agree Jack Baldry is outstanding.
The backs are fantastic, Jackson is a try machine and a special word for Isaac. Simply outstanding. Best full back I’ve seen for years.

Incredible result yesterday. Park away and Blackheath away were / are going to be the toughest fixtures of this second half of the season. To come away with a 5 point win yesterday shows where we are as a team. This team are incredible and still have a lot of room to grow. We seem to have found the form we had at the start of the season, things are flowing very nicely.

I feel a really big performance coming this week in our game in hand.

Well done to all for yesterday, I knew they could pull it off but I was very nervous as we have struggled at Rosslyn Park in recent history.

I have to mention Jack Baldry who has stepped in at Number 8 incredibly well. He is behind two number 8's that would get into any team in the league and the champ. For me Callum Bustin is the best 8 outside of the Prem, a prolific try scorer with pace, ball handling skills and incredible power and Jack has stepped up when we needed someone. I believe he is a local lad too having played for Dinnington ?He is going to cause some selection headaches when Callum and Ellis are back.

COME ON ROTH!

Match report from a Rosslyn Park perspective.

https://rosslynpark.co.uk/match-reports/rosslyn-park-v-rotherham/

Nice to know we are a physical team. Here’s me thinking Rugby Union is a physical game.

What a performance. What a result.

Momentum is building but remember the next game is the only one that matters.

We did win at Rosslyn in late 2002 by 83 points to 7 in the 4th round of the Powergen Cup in the year we reached the quarter finals, losing 30-11 to London Irish.
However this is our very first league victory over them away from home, and all the more impressive on a 4G pitch.

Cracking Bonus point win, first win at Park, if memory serves me correct! I really didnt think we would get the BP but the boys have done it. Plymouth hammered Dings so they continue to pick up their BPs. We get to play the match-in-hand next Saturday. Clifton were well beaten today by Tykes at home (people did mention that many loan players were in cup action in the Prem). Hopefully we can take a BP win and regain top spot.
